Experience working in Physician's Office highly preferred


  • Will function as focal communication source and as an integral part of the nursing care team under the supervision of Clinic Manager, greeting patients in a courteous and professional manner and escorting them to the appropriate exam room, meeting patient/customer service standards.
  • Completes and documents all clinic lab tests per Provider's order and clinic lab policy.
  • Triages, answers phone messages, and makes prescription calls for patients as directed by Provider.


  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, co-workers, other departments and health care professionals
  • Basic knowledge in computer use, including word processing and spreadsheet applications 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Maintains and follows guidelines set for standards of practice in quality patient care, and infection control practices as required by state, federal, and the facility


  • Current Idaho CNA , EMT, LPN, or Medical Assistant licensure/Certification
  • CPR/BLS Healthcare Certification
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Additional languages preferred
